Christa Adelaide Sousa is an actor and vocalist based in New York City. She is a member with the Chelsea Repertory Company where she has acted in published and original works as well as staged readings.

Some of her most recent roles include Diane Symonds (Sister Mary Ignatius Explains It All For You by Christopher Durang,) Mary Page (Mary Page Marlowe by Tracy Letts,) Emma (Grand Concourse by Heidi Schreck,) and Alma Winemiller (Summer and Smoke by Tennessee Williams.)

She is trained in the Meisner Technique through The Acting Studio - New York under the direction of James Price, John Grabowski, and Bruce Hermann.

Christa has also made musical appearances at leading NYC venues such as Feinstein's/54 Below, Rockwood Music Hall, Broadway Comedy Club, and Ludlow House.
